16x20 Deck Plans
Twenty feet along the house by sixteen feet out, 320 square feet, enough to hold a dining table and a separate seating area without the two crowding each other. Sixteen feet of depth is where the joists step up to 2x12s.
It is drawn on a generic lot, so the site plan here does not show a real property. When you run your own address, we pull your parcel, lot shape, and setbacks from public records and redraw the whole set around your actual house.
