12x24 Deck Plans
Twenty-four feet across and twelve deep, which on most houses runs the full width of the back wall. 288 square feet, still only twelve feet of joist span, so the framing stays ordinary and the cost sits in length rather than in depth.
It is drawn on a generic lot, so the site plan here does not show a real property. When you run your own address, we pull your parcel, lot shape, and setbacks from public records and redraw the whole set around your actual house.
