16x12 Deck Plans With Front Stairs
A 16 foot by 12 foot ledger-attached deck, 4 feet off the ground, with a straight stair centered on the front edge. This is the plainest deck in the library and the most common one built: a rectangle off the back of the house with one flight down to the yard.
It is drawn on a generic lot, so the site plan here does not show a real property. When you run your own address, we pull your parcel, lot shape, and setbacks from public records and redraw the whole set around your actual house.
