12x16 Deck Plans
Sixteen feet along the house, twelve feet out into the yard, 4 feet above grade, stair off the front. Probably the most-built deck size there is: big enough for a table at one end and a grill at the other, without reaching the depth where the framing starts getting expensive.
It is drawn on a generic lot, so the site plan here does not show a real property. When you run your own address, we pull your parcel, lot shape, and setbacks from public records and redraw the whole set around your actual house.
