12x12 Deck Plans
A square twelve by twelve, 4 feet up, with the stair on the left side rather than the front. On a square deck off a centered back door the front edge is the part you actually sit on, so the stair goes to whichever side the yard opens toward. Three footings carry it.
It is drawn on a generic lot, so the site plan here does not show a real property. When you run your own address, we pull your parcel, lot shape, and setbacks from public records and redraw the whole set around your actual house.
