10x12 Deck Plans
Twelve feet along the house and ten feet out, 4 feet above grade, with a straight stair off the front edge. About the smallest deck worth framing properly: room for a table and four chairs, and the whole thing lands on four footings and a pair of 2x8s.
It is drawn on a generic lot, so the site plan here does not show a real property. When you run your own address, we pull your parcel, lot shape, and setbacks from public records and redraw the whole set around your actual house.
